Ingredients:

1 cup packed fresh spinach

陆 fresh banana or 陆 cup of frozen banana

8oz. almond milk, or any type of milk you want to use

2-3 tbsp. Fresh squeezed lime juice

1tbsp. Of chia seeds

*add whey or pea, hemp or soy protein powder and make it a recovery drink
