Ingredients:

· ¼ cup frozen pineapple

· 1 cup packed fresh spinach

· ½ ripe avocado

· ½ fresh banana or ½ cup of frozen banana

· 8oz. almond milk, or any type of milk you want to use

· 2-3 tbsp. Fresh squeezed lime juice

· 1tbsp. Of chia seeds

· *add whey or pea, hemp or soy protein powder and make it a recovery drink
