  • ¾ cup of Endangered Species Dark Chocolate with 88% Cocoa

  • 1 ½ tbsp.. of coconut oil

  • 12 organic fresh strawberries

  • topping on chocolate, whatever you prefer (shredded coconut, sprinkles, powdered sugar, finely chopped nuts, etc.)


  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Wash strawberries and slice off green top, dry the strawberries (if wet, the chocolate doesn’t cover as well)

  3. Place the coconut oil into a bowl and microwave until melted. Stir in the chocolate, and continue to microwave in 10-second intervals and stirring in between intervals until melted.

  4. Carefully dip strawberries half or ¾ up the berry

  5. Chill in the fridge for an 1-2 hours and enjoy!
